The 4-H Youth Program of Kent County offers informal out-of-school enrichment programs for youth ages 5-19 years. The program emphasizes leadership development and educational enrichment and also provides training for adults who work with youth in various settings. Delaware State College hosts an additional 4-H Youth Program in Kent County at an alternate site.
