The Delaware Prevention Coalition is a statewide partnership of six community organizations established to build and strengthen the capacity of community partners to create safe and healthy drug and alcohol free communities.DPC, united against substance abuse, is building a well thought-out educational and awareness campaign that includes prevention, treatment and policy change with the use of media and nationally recognized youth development programming to reach out to the communities throughout Delaware.
