The Division of State Service Centers provides the following programs: Emergency Assistance Services, Kinship Care, Teen Voucher, Utility Assistance, Needy Family Fund, Diabetes Fund, Community Resource Assistance Program, EBT emergency insurance site, State office of Volunteerism, Foster Grandparent Program and referrals for emergency food.
