Sports Challenge
Program Description
Sports Challenge is a 5 day sports-based leadership development program for high school student-athletes. Participants will learn to apply the same rigor of their sport practice to their leadership development, intentionally practicing Strive's 7 Core Competencies: Self-awareness, Culture, Empathy, Energy, Motivation, Communication, and Grit. We believe and research shows, these skills are needed to succeed in sport and in life. Join us June 24th - June 28th, 2024 at Sanford School. Rising 8th-12th grade basketball and soccer players from Delaware and surrounding areas are invited to register.
Program Eligibility
