Adult Basic Education (ABE) and English as a Second Language (ESL) classes are offered in the evening at Middletown High School and William Penn High School on an individualized basis to improve reading, writing, and math skills of adults.  ABE instruction is available to adults with skill levels below the 8th grade level.
