The BBB provides reports on businesses located within the state of Delaware. Lists of businesses that meet the BBB’s standards are available. Consumers and businesses can contact the Bureau by phone, fax, mail or e-mail to file a complaint. Mediation and arbitration are available for advanced complaint resolution.
