Cancer Care Connection (CCC) provides comprehensive information, support, resources, guidance, and referrals to people affected by cancer, including patients, caregivers, and family members. A CCC Cancer Resource Coach will refer you to resources using a database which contains over 1,000 local community providers, as well as selected websites and global information sources. It includes a comprehensive collection of resources, ranging from home services to identifying clinical trials to dealing with practical everyday issues.
