Career T.E.A.M. provides personal services that lead to employment for Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) applicants/recipients with the ultimate goal of self-sufficiency and success.  Career T.E.A.M. also provides Workfare Services for Able-Bodied Adults without Dependents (ABAWD), and Employment and Training services for Food Benefit non-ABAWD (FN) population is to assist capable food benefit clients in gaining skills and receiving training or experience that will lead to regular, paid employment.
