CHEER Apartments provide independent living for income eligible Sussex County senior citizens in a secure environment. The maintenance is free. Rents at low income tax credit sites are based on household income. Rents at affordable sites are not subsidized. These sites offer lower than market rate rents to adults age 62 or older who are income eligible.
