The Kidney Transplant Program evaluates chronic kidney disease patients and manages pre- and post- transplant patients at Medical Arts Pavilion 2 on the Newark, DE campus of Christiana Hospital. Patients are encouraged to self-refer by either our online registration form or calling the office.
