The Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence helps coordinate service providers and advocates for domestic violence prevention throughout the State of Delaware. The Coalition focuses on advocacy, information and referral services, works with victims and organizations to formulate and change policies regarding domestic violence, and provides community outreach, education and training. The Coalition is victim-oriented for services and support.
