The Criminal Division represents the interests of the State of DE and it’s victims.  The Criminal Division prosecutes individuals accused of committing crimes in Delaware, crimes that include but not limited to: drug offenses, sexual assault, murder, robbery, burglary, DUI and other offenses involving both juveniles and adult offenders.  These cases are prosecuted in Superior Court, the Court of Common Pleas, Family Court and to a lesser extent in the Justice of the Peace Court.
