Provides assistance to individuals with disabilities by providing assistive technology to help remove barriers so that disabled adults may live independently. Funds home modifications, van modifications, wheelchair lifts, stair glides, ramps, prosthetics, and some medical equipment. Individuals must meet financial as well as disability requirements. This program is Grant Funded.
