The Division of Corporations handles the filing of documents relating to the formation of domestic and foreign corporations and alternate business entities.  Upon request, the Division of Corporations can provide copies, both plain and certified, of the entities history that has been filed in its office.  Franchise taxes and corporate fees are collected as required by the Delaware Code for domestic and foreign entities that are registered in Delaware.  The Division of Corporations also files Uniform Commercial Code documents (UCC).  Delaware offers Expedited Services for a fee so processing your document that is submitted to the Division range from 1 hour to 10 business days.  The Division of Corporations offers a variety of online services including paying Franchise Tax for all domestic corporations and all alternative entities, UCC1 and UCC3 filings, name reservations and status statements.  Fees will vary, please visit the website for exact fees.
