The mission of the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation is to increase an understanding of dystonia through research, awareness, and support. The foundation provides referrals to chapters and support groups, assistance in the formation and maintenance of support groups, a list of physicians and movement disorder clinics by state, on-line access to the latest information on dystonia, and opportunities to participate in legislative activities.
