Kent County SPCA provides animal control, animal shelter, animal adoption, targeted spay/neutering clinics, rabies & wellness clinics, humane education, euthanasia services and investigates cases of cruelty.KCSPCA has contracts with the state and local municipalities to enforce dog control laws and rabies programs.  All dogs must be licensed and no dog is permitted to run at large.  Provides ANIMAL CONTROL services for entire state, except the City of Wilmington.  24-hour reporting/dispatch service.  For City of Wilmington call 302-998-2281.
