The Latin American Community Center (LACC) is a community-based agency located in the City of Wilmington’s Hilltop neighborhood, the city’s traditional Hispanic immigrant community. Serves as an education, recreation and social services center, with the goal of improving neighborhood life as a whole. Provides services throughout New Castle County, including Newark and the Middletown area.
