Legal Services is a non-profit organization offering legal advice and assistance to low income Delawareans.  Legal Services handles civil cases (no criminal cases) Bankruptcy Petitions and Advice Chapters 7 & 13; Consumer problems (repo, fraud, dept collection); Housing Problems (eviction, foreclosure, utility cut-offs, unsafe conditions, code violations),Unemployment Issues; Mortgage remediation.  All of our services are free to qualifying applicants.
