Literacy Delaware offers free one-to-one tutoring in basic literacy and English skills to adults over 16 years of age in Northern New Castle County. The tutoring time and place is at a church, library or community center convenient for the student and tutor. Tutoring sessions meet twice per week during the day, evening or weekends.
