Literacy Delaware offers free one-to-one tutoring in basic literacy and English language skills to adults over 16 years of age in to all three counties in the state of Delaware. The tutoring time and place is at a church, library, or community center convenient for the student and tutor. Tutoring sessions meet twice per week during the day, evening or weekends.
