The DE Earned Income Tax Credit Campaign (EITC) offers free tax preparation, opens savings/debt accounts and refers tax credits to organizations and services throughout Delaware.  There are income requirements to qualify for the free tax preparation program. The Virtual Incubator Program (VIP) offers free business tax preparation, coaching, financial planning and access to loans and other services for small businesses.  Our financial education program offers credit building counseling and additional related services and referrals.
