Provides subsidized rental housing units owned & managed by the Authority to eligible low-income individuals and families. Housing sites managed, Independence Circle (36 elderly units) scattered sites (20 family units). The NHA also provides a Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program involving private landlords within the city limits of Newark DE. Will only except applicatins when waiting list is open.
