People’s Place II sponsors a variety of programs including counseling, emergency shelter services for victims of family violence, independent living training for adolescents, case management services for the homeless in Kent County and veterans services, mediation for offenders and victims in non-violent cases, treatment for victims and perpetrators of family violence.
