Richardson Park Community Action (RPCAP) is a neighborhood organization supported by area churches, businesses, local service clubs and community residents. RPCAP is the recipient of a State of DE grant-in-aid. RPCAP is a public charity qualified under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code RPCAP Community Services Program only serves Wilmington–specifically 19804 as far as Macarthur Drive in Newport and only the following sections of 19805: Alban Park, Canby Park Apts, Cleland Hights, Homestead Road and Maryland Park Apts.RPCAP provides a variety of services including a food closet and crisis alleviation assistance. Also runs a thrift store which sells clothing and household items.
