The Salvation Army, Dover Corps operates a crisis alleviation program to provide assistance with Past due Rent/Mortgage bills. (No First Month’s Rent/Security Deposit). Also assist with electricity bills, but Does Not Include Water, gas propane, or oil; except to seniors, over 60 years of age. Seniors must call for eligibility details and funding availability information. .All assistance is by appointment only and is dependent on funding availability.
