Circular design elements

Through Delaware Health and Social Services and the Division of State Service Centers, the Hispanic Foster Grandparent Program allows Foster Grandparents to volunteer with at risk children in a variety of community settings: Schools, Day Cares, Head Starts and alternative education sites. In return, Foster Grandparents receive a tax-free stipend (if income-eligible) transportation, reimbursements, meals while on duty, annual physical exams, accident and personal liability insurance, orientation and training, paid holidays, earned sick and vacation days, recognition events and the heartfelt joy of being needed.
