The residential program provides temporary and permanent single rooms to rent for male residents only. All rooms are air conditioned and furnished with a bed, dresser, refrigerator, desk and closet. Residents also get a free YMCA membership after residing at the YMCA for 30 days. Residents must maintain rent or they will lose their residency. No drugs or alcohol permitted. YMCA is a smoke free building.  Interviews and applications are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid photo ID, social security care, and proof of income is required at the time of submitting an application.  Visiting hours are posted and all visitors must sign in and out.
