YW Youth reaches Delaware teens through three pillars of service: socio-emotional learning, career exploration and goal-setting (YW Girl and ESTEEM); Health and Safety (YW Healthy Relationships including content on Teen Dating Violence & Consent); and civic engagement and leadership (YW Leaders).
